had our first integrity cheerleading pract.

oh, & one more thing i like bout em' is that they don't take things to heart at ALL.

i screamed like a bitch, scolded like a maniac, but still had jokes fun and laughter w them :D

surprisingly, just like how i do it for my dance girls, debrief before dismiss.

during the debrief, i apologised.

to my utter surprise, they spoke up and said to me,

'aiyaaaaaaa, nothing la that one! use to it alrd!'

oh btw, i think Mr Adam was right,

he once said, all these athletes are strong and good in sports,

put them in dance, they can barely do it as good.
